MPA's Marketing & Client Relations Director joins PIF Board of Advisors, bringing strong commitment to young people
July 2019 NSW
We’re delighted to announce that Sarah Hogan, Marketing & Client Relations Director at MPA, has joined the Property Industry Foundation’s (PIF) NSW Board of Advisors.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her role at MPA, including over 10 years’ experience with the NSW Chapter of the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC), 5 years of which were served as President.
Bringing a wealth of charity leadership experience, Sarah shows a phenomenal commitment to organisations that help support children and community.
She is Co-Chair of SunSCHine for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, supports Bronte Nippers and will now be assisting PIF in its work to build homes for homeless youth.
Recently, Sarah stepped down from a 2 year term on the board of Moorambilla Voices, a program that offers children and youth in regional Australia the opportunity to be involved in rare music and performance workshops that they would otherwise not have access to.
Further, having also stepped down this year from her role as President of NAWIC NSW in which she guided young women through the property and construction industry, Sarah sees the opportunity at PIF as a way to continue to use her networks to give back.
“I’m genuinely committed to moving the dial on youth homelessness, by using my networks to increase opportunities for young people” Sarah said.
Sarah said that the strongest aspect of PIF’s work is helping young homeless people create pathways to become self-sufficient in society.
“They are homeless through no fault of their own,” she said. “Safety, security and shelter is such a massive part in building stability for these teenagers to re-establish themselves. PIF’s framework allows them to safely be involved with the community while giving them a place to call home.”
