What is Workplace Giving?


Workplace Giving, or Payroll Giving, enables your employees to make donations to charities pre-tax through your payroll system. It’s also very beneficial for the charities your employees choose as there is no cost of fundraising incurred once the program is set up, saving charities around 17.5% in overheads. It’s easy to set up. This month is Workplace Giving Month, so why not ask us how?

We provide you with a Workplace Giving Sign-Up form for your employees to complete. They just nominate the amount that they wish to contribute per pay period and return to the Payroll Manager. The donation amount is deducted each pay cycle after superannuation is calculated before deducting PAYG tax.
