StreetSLEEP goes further to help rebuild young lives

In 2017 StreetSLEEP returns bigger and better with the Brisbane event happening on 15 November, Gold Coast on 22 November and Melbourne and Sydney 23 November. This is the first year for the event in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast.

Each year for StreetSLEEP, people from across the property and construction industry, especially young leaders, sleep out to experience something of what it means to sleep rough and raise money to rebuild the lives of at-risk and homeless young people.

The annual initiative is created by the Foundation’s PropertyBlitz young community leadership program and represents an opportunity for people to step out of their comfort zones, with only a piece of cardboard and a sleeping bag in the open air. This is just one more way that the Foundation is making a tangible difference to the serious and persistent problem of youth homelessness.

StreetSLEEP officially launches next week. Stay tuned for details.
