How to enter
- Please complete the CORPORATE ENTRY FORM
- Register early to ensure your participation as there is a
restriction on the number of yachts permitted in the race and
numbers permitted at MHYC for the post-race function.
- Cheques are to be made out to: Property Industry Foundation
- The yacht owner must complete the YACHT OWNER
ENTRY FORM
- Ensure all information on the forms is correct. If you wish to
make any changes after lodgements please notify PIF Office.
- Deadline for payment: Monday 11 March 2011.

How to source a boat
Yachts are arranged by the participating company.
However,
please call the Foundation if you would like assistance or advice.
Reduce your costs! Some donated boats are still available. Call PIF to enquire.
- You can register your company yacht.
- You can ask a friend or industry colleage to donate a yacht.
- You can charter a yacht through a charter companies
(see below).

Further information
- The Bob Ell Regatta Cup will be awarded to the overall winner.
- Trophies will be awarded to First, Second and Third across the line in each division.
- The Division 1 winner will be awarded The Shemara Cup (in memory of Vince Frost,
co-founder of the PIF Regatta with co-founder mate John Austin).
- If you are sailing a donated boat, please provide lunch and beverages for the
skipper and crew. Budget for lunch for all members on board your boat.
- A skipper and an experienced crew will be supplied on chartered yachts.
- Wear non-marking sole shoes suitable for sailing.
