How to enter
  1. Please complete the CORPORATE ENTRY FORM (Click here)
  2. Register early to ensure your participation as there is a restriction on the number of yachts
    permitted in the race and numbers permitted at MHYC for the post-race function.
  3. Cheques are to be made out to: Property Industry Foundation
  4. The yacht owner must also complete the YACHT OWNER ENTRY FORM (Click here)
  5. Ensure all information is correct. If you wish to make any changes after lodgements please
    notify PIF office.
  6. Deadline for payment: Monday 8 March 2010.

Entry Fees Foundation Corporate Donor:
Yacht Entry Fee: $1,500 (GST incl). Participant Entry Fee: $200 (GST incl)

Entry Fees Non-Foundation Corporate Donor:
Yacht Entry Fee: $2,000 (GST incl). Participant Entry Fee: $250 (GST incl)



How does my company obtain a yacht?

Yachts are arranged by the participating company.
However, please call the Foundation if you would like assistance or advice.
Reduce your costs! Some donated boats are still available. Call PIF to enquire.

  • You can register your company yacht.
  • You can ask a friend or industry colleage to donate a yacht.
  • You can charter a yacht through a charter companies (see below).

What are the entry categories?

Division 1 Maxi & Racing Yachts
Division 2 Yachts 46' - 55'
Division 3 Yachts 38' - 45'
Division 4 Yachts 37' and under
Division 5 Cruising and Classic Yachts

Need some more information?

  • A skipper and an experienced crew will be supplied on chartered yachts.
  • Kindly provide lunch and beverages to the skipper, crew and corporate participants on donated yachts only. Please budget for this cost.
  • Onboard catering (for lunch only) can be provided by Middle Harbour Yacht Club by filling out the catering order form in your Hospitality Suite (optional; you can use your own caterer).
  • Trophies will be awarded to First, Second and Third across the line in each division.
  • The Bob Ell Regatta Cup will be awarded to the overall winner.
  • The Division 1 winner will be awarded The Shemara Cup (in memory of Vince Frost, co-founder of the PIF Regatta with co-founder mate John Austin).
  • Wear non-marking sole shoes suitable for sailing.
