The PIF Property Auction provides an opportunity for agents and property owners to raise funds for the growing number of homeless children in greater Sydney. Put your property to a good cause, and support the Property Industry Foundation Charity of choice in the property industry.

Funds raised from this initiative will contribute to PIF’s Exodus Foundation project.

Property Confirmation

Our company would like to register properties for the PIF Property Auction Campaign.
Each property registered costs $700, from that amount $400 will be donated to PIF totalling $ .

Conditions
  1. The Property Industry Foundation will invoice the listing agent’s office the above donation at completion of their auction.  Payment is due within 30 days.
  2. All monies are to be paid to The Property Industry Foundation Office, Level 2 Grafton Bond Bldg, 201 Kent  St, Sydney
  3. The full fee applies to all listed agents regardless of the property being withdrawn, postponed, cancelled or sold prior to auction unless the Foundation is notified two weeks prior to the auction. (Therefore, any properties withdrawn, cancelled, postponed or sold two weeks prior to auction will not be invoiced.)
