Important Information For All Participants
The Planning Committee’s Instructions & Recommendations in the event of inclement weather, have determined if rain is to occur, the Cycling & Car Challenge will go ahead as planned and it is at the discretion and experience of cyclists to determine if they wish to participate in the cycling challenge. If the rain is torrential, and is forecast for the entire day, the cycling will be cancelled, all participants will be encouraged to participate in the Final Destination BBQ which will still continue. All decisions made by the Planning Committee and PIF Management considers the safety and welfare of our participants.
