In 1997 the Foundation built and donated to Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets,
an 11-bedroom house at Canyonleigh.  Targeting homeless teenage boys, often suffering from a range of problems, this farm setting provides seven days a week programs
including residential (farm life/work experience) educational (on campus school and
TAFE Colleges) and employment services.  The response to the program of conflict
resolution, value skills, behaviour modification and diversional activities combined with schooling has proven fruitful for these boys.
